Dolores Jean (Harris) Rouse

Dolores Jean Rouse, 73 of Mingo Junction, passed away on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 in her residence surrounded by her loving family.  She was born on July 23, 1945 in Steubenville a daughter of the late Raymond and Betty (Hemshrodt) Harris Sr.  Dolores was Presbyterian by faith.

She is survived by her 3 children, George Rouse Jr. of Mingo Junction, Lisa (David) Hinerman of Steubenville and Raymond (Sandi) Rouse of Mingo Junction; 2 sisters, Kathryn (John) Carter of FL and Donna (Larry) Starkey of Mingo Junction; 4 grandchildren whom she loved dearly, Joseph (Tabetha) Pinkerton, Justin (Paige) Pinkerton, Shayne Rouse and Steven Rouse and several nieces and nephews.  Dolores loved spending time with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, George Rouse Sr., a brother, Ben Harris and a nephew, Don Rouse.

Friends may call Saturday, September 15, 2018 from 4-6 pm in the Blaschalk-Wilson Funeral Home, 115 Union St., Mingo Junction.

In lieu of flowers the family asks donations be made to Valley Hospice, 4000 Johnson Rd., Steubenville, OH 43952 in Dolores’s memory.
