Evelyn M. (Stewart) Shelek

  Evelyn M. Shelek, 80 of Wheeling died Monday May 27, 2019 at Meadows of Cadiz Nursing Facility. She was born May 31, 1938 in Bridgeport, a daughter of the late Clarence and Leona (Williams) Stewart.

  She was a retired sales clerk, and a Christian by faith.

  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings Richard, Albert, Duane, Jack, Vira, Inez, and Betty Stewart.

  Evelyn is survived by a sister Sarah (Frank) Sall of Cadiz, and brothers Edward (Sharon) Stewart of Hannibal, and Glenn (Sue) Stewart of Urbana, several nieces and nephews.

  Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside on Saturday June 1, 2019 from 2-6 pm with services to be held at 2 pm, with Rev. James Hoff officiating. Private interment will be held at Greenwood Cemetery Wheeling.
