Agnes Veronica Takach, 94, of Mingo Junction died Sunday August 24, 2008 at Sienna Woods Care Center in Wintersville, Ohio.Agnes was a member of the St. Agnes Catholic Church in Mingo Junction.She is preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Mary (Fabien) Petrick; her husband George E. Takach; nine siblings, and one son.Agnes is survived by two children; Edwin (Sandy) Takach and Susan (Steve) Wilson, four Grandchildren, and three Great Grandchildren. Visitation will be on Tuesday August 26 from 9 until the time of service at 11 at St. Agnes Catholic Church, with Father Dunfee officiating.. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Steubenville, Oh.
