MARTY, Allan Elroy Jr.

Allan Elroy ("Tim") Marty, Jr., 74, of Westerville, Ohio died Monday, February 7, 2022 in Columbus of natural causes.  Born April 14, 1947 to the late Allan Elroy Marty, Sr., and Helen Reynolds Marty of Bridgeport, he was a 1965 graduate of Bridgeport High School and attended Ohio University.  He was a U.S. Navy veteran and had recently retired after nearly 50 years with American Electric Power.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Audrey Keenan; and his son-in-law, Andre R. Imbrogno.  He is survived by his daughters, Corie Ann Marty-Imbrogno of Westerville and Heidi (Brian) Marty Peterson of New Albany; grandsons Marty and Alec Peterson of New Albany; brother Dr. Charles (Kathy) Marty of Granville; nieces Shana (Dave) Lybarger of Newark, Gretchen Marty of Denver, Colo., and Allyson Marty of Columbus; first wife Carol Boston Marty of Westerville; and stepsons Jesse Moore of Pataskala and Kenny (Amanda) Moore of Parkersburg, W.Va.  Calling hours 1 p.m. until time of funeral service at 3 p.m. Saturday at Wilson Funeral Home in Brookside.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
