Alma L. Habig, 85, of Martins Ferry, OH died Monday, Sept. 22, 2014 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry, OH. She was born Jan. 28, 1929 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Lawrence and Syvilla (Rose) Habig. She was a retired employee of the Glove Factory, Martins Ferry, OH. Alma was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Martins Ferry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brothers; James and Roland Habig and a sister Syvilla Habig. Surviving are six brothers and five sisters. Friends will be received Friday, Sept. 26, 2014 at the Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH from 11:00 am until time of service at 1:00 pm with Fr. John Mucha officiating.
