Amber G. Neal Amber Gene Neal, 79, of Hartman Manor Apts., Martins Ferry, OH died Wed., Mar. 20, 2002 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. She was born Sept. 9, 1922 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Carl E. and Beryl C. McFarland Neal. She was a member of Grace Presbyterian Church, "65" Club, Senior Citizens Club, and Pocohantas Lodge Wenola Council #51 all of Martins Ferry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Donald E. Neal and two sisters Thelma Weigartz and Isabelle Taylor. Surviving are a brother Timothy Neal of Martins Ferry and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH Friday 12-4 & 6-9 PM where services will be held Sat. at 10:00 AM with Rev. William O. Webster officiating.
