Amy G. Tout-Mulvey, 76, of Tiltonsville, died Sunday May 16, 2010 at Trinity West, Steubenville. She was born March 26, 1934 in Benwood, WV, the daughter of the late Clarence and Virginia (McNinch) Willis. Amy was Methodist by faith and a member of C. & M.A. Bethlehem Chapel. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband Robert Tout Jr. and a sister Rosalie Handley. Surviving are her second husband William Mulvey; her children, Robert Tout III (Jeri) of Bridgewater, VA, Keith Tout(Vickie) of Bridgeport, WV, Sandra Donahue (Don) of Tiltonsville, OH Tamara Ashkettle (Jeffrey) of Cadiz, OH, William Mulvey of Cleveland, OH, Debra Nose of Euclid, OH, Terence Mulvey of Parma, OH, Craig Mulvey of Cleveland, OH; a brother Clarence Willis (Connie) of Cadiz, Oh; two sisters Eileen Bradley of St. Clairsville, OH, Mary Ann Horton (LaVere) of Long Beach, CA; seven grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. Visitation will be on Wednesday May19, 2010 at Wilson Funeral Home. 102 Main Street, Tiltonsville, OH, from 11 am till time of service at 2 pm with Pastor Lee Warmbrand officiating. Interment will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH.
