Andrew "Andy" M. Saiter, 42, of Dillonvale, OH, died Wednesday, October 7, 2020. He was born November 2, 1977 in Wheeling, WV, a son of Elwyn Saiter, Jr. and Judy (Heskett) Saiter. He was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Frank Klan, III, August 15, 2020.

In addition to his parents of Rayland, OH he is survived by his wife, Helen Nikki (Klan) Saiter, his three children: Drew and Cole Saiter and Jake Piatt all of Dillonvale, OH, siblings: Jason (Angie) Saiter of Plain City, OH, Erin (Brian) Best of Rayland, and Emilee Petric of Rayland, mother-in-law, Susan M. Klan of Rayland, sister-in-law, Patty Meyers of Wheeling, and brother-in-law, Steven Klan of Rayland.

Family and friends will be received Monday, October 12, 2020, at Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH, from 3:00 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Marvin Schooler officiating.
