Angela R. Clemons, 27, of Fostoria, OH, formerly of Martins Ferry, OH, died September 10, 2018 at her residence. She was born October 11, 1990 in Bellaire, OH, a daughter of Marla (Montgomery) Moses.

Angela was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Gene Montgomery.

She was a Methodist by faith and a member of Seneca County Habitat for Humanity and a supporter of the Ohio Heartbeat Bill.

In addition to her mother of St. Clairsville, OH, she is survived by her grandparents, JoAnn Montgomery of St. Clairsville, OH and Don Moses, siblings; Brandon (Stevie) Montgomery of Mingo Jct., OH, Amanda Clemons of Bridgeport, OH, Christa Clemons of Norfolk, VA, Kayla Roush of Colliers, WV, Alicia (Jerry) Moses Loy of Mt. Cory, OH, and Christopher Moses of Montana, her uncle, Jay (Misty) Montgomery of St. Clairsville, six nephews and four nieces, her loving roommates, Nick and Lauren and Gabriel, her mentor, Linda Theis and her beloved pets, Mia and Kinsley.

Friends will be received at Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH, Friday, September 14, 2018 from 5 pm until time of the funeral service at 7:00 pm with Rev. Thomas N. Thomas officiating.
