Ann M. (Garrett) Struck, 81, Martins Ferry, OH died Thursday, March 1, 2018 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. She was born Oct. 21, 1936 in Sistersville, OH a daughter of the late Amanda (Harrington) Garrett. She was a retired teacher from Woodsdale Elementary School, Wheeling, WV. Ann was a member of the New Matamoras Methodist Church, New Matamoras, OH Surviving are her husband, Thomas Struck of Martins Ferry. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at 1:00 p. m. at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Wheeling, WV.
