Ann M. Johnson 93 of Adolph St. Wolfhurst died Friday May 28, 2010 at her home. She was born February 25, 1917 in Bellaire a daughter of the late Joseph and Julia(Fekete)Sitar. Ann was a retired employee of the former Stone and Thomas department store in Wheeling, a member of St Joseph's Catholic Church, the C.W.C., and the Lady's Aux. of the Wolfhurst Fire Dept. In addition to her parents Ann was preceded in death by her Husband Walter Johnson in 1992, two brother John and Joe Sitar. Surviving are one daughter Peggy Newell of Wolfhurst, two grandchildren Chuck Newell (Leslie) of St. Clairsville and Cheryl Carlier (Charlie) of Wolfhurst, four great grandchildren Matt, Josh, Zac, Jared, and two great- great grandchildren Jaiden and Ryah. Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside Sunday May 30, 2010 from 4-6 pm with wake service will be held at 4 pm at the funeral home. Mass of Christian burial will be held Monday at 10 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church Wolfhurst with Fr. John Mucha officiating. Interment will be in Belmont Memorial Park St. Clairsville.
