Anna E. (Bach) Moore, 89, formerly of N. 7th St., Martins Ferry, OH died Wednesday, June 25, 2008 at the home of her son in San Antonio, TX. She was born Nov. 27, 1918 in Wheeling, WV a daughter of the late George L. and Mary (Martin) Bach. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Martins Ferry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Chester "Beetle" Moore in 1994 and two sisters Josephine "Jo" Crawford and Mary Semple. Surviving are six sons Chester A. (Beverly) Moore of San Antonio, TX, Charles W. (Kay) Moore of Worthington, OH, Robert K. (Barbara) Moore of Eufaula, AL, Raymond R. (Nancy) Moore of Gahanna, OH, Joseph M. (Dawn) Moore of Austin, TX, and Keith A. Moore of Lima, OH, two daughters Cathy S. Moore of Wheeling, WV and Beth A. Moore, 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Friends will be received Sunday, 4-7 pm at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated Monday, June 30, 2008 at 10:00 am at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Martins Ferry with Rev. Thomas A. Magary officiating. Burial follows in St. Mary's Cemetery, Martins Ferry. Wake services will be held Sunday at 7:00 pm in the funeral home.
