Anna Katherine "Kathy" Tubbs, 94, of St. Clairsville, formerly of Martins Ferry, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2023, in Wheeling Hospital.  She was born on September 9, 1928 a daughter of the late William and Ann (McKinley) Knellinger.  Kathy was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and in her younger years was an avid bowler.

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Arling "Dick" Tubbs; three brothers, John, James and William Knellinger; a sister, Dorothy Daubenmeyer; and her companion, Ed Conrad.

Kathy is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call Saturday, March 25, from 9:30 to 10:30 am in the Wilson Funeral Home, Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Mary's Catholic Church, 20 N. 4th St. Martins Ferry Saturday at 11 am with Father Thomas Marut officiating.  Burial will be at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA.
