Anna (Gross) Laipple, 95, formerlly of East Center St. Bridgeport, died Thursday July 2, 2009 at Heartland Lansing Nursing Home, Lansing. She was born February 19, 1914 in Martins Ferry, the daughter of the late George and Marie (Fronius) Gross. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Robert A. Laipple, a brother George Gross, four sisters; Kate Besece, Gert Bowery, Mary McMullen, Liz Tuttle and a grandson Thomas M. Laipple Anna is survived by two sons Robert L. Laipple, (Margaret) of St. Clairsville and Donald G. Laipple of Bridgeport; six grand children, Don Laipple (Beth) of Fort Wayne, IN., Dave Laipple (Pat) of Westerville, Parker Laipple (Becky) of Richmond, Va., Debbie Laipple of Worthington, Ann Davis (Jeff) of Elizabethtown, KY, and Jennifer Redinger (Justin) of Martins Ferry and 12 great grandchildren. Visitation will be on Sunday 5-8 pm at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, where services will be held on Monday 11 am with Pastor Karen Torez officiating. Interment will follow at Linwood Cemetery, Blaine.
