Anna Elizabeth (Ocell) Sogan, 90, of Mingo Junction, Ohio, passed Sunday January 18, 2015 at Trinity West, Steubenville, Ohio. She was born in Steubenville on July 18, 1924 and was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband John Sogan in 1990; a daughter Mary Catherine Hughes, sisters: Margaret Groening and Mary McCluan; and a brother Micky Ocell. Anna is survived by a son Lance (Marlene) Sogan of Las Vegas, NV., a daughter Patricia (Howard) Ludewig of Peoria, IL., six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Wednesday January 21, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. at St. Agnes Catholic Church, Mingo Junction, with Fr.
