Annabell Grace Fornal, 7 weeks old, of St. Clairsville, Ohio passed away Sunday, June 24, 2012 at her home. She was born May 5, 2012 in Martins Ferry, Ohio, daughter of Cody Fornal and Stephanie Courtwright. Annabell Grace, our precious little angel, spread your wings and fly baby girl. We love you so much. Preceded in death by her maternal great-grandmother, Helen Courtwright; paternal great-grandfather, Robert Laxton; uncle, Isaac Swallie; and cousins, Austin Courtwright and Brandon Smith. In addition to her parents, Annabell is survived by her brother, Brody Fornal, of Barnesville, Ohio; maternal grandparents, Melissa and Michael Courtwright, of St. Clairsville, Ohio; paternal grandparents, Angela Laxton, of Barnesville, Ohio and Brent and Marcie Fornal, of St .Clairsville, Ohio; maternal great-grandparents, Sandra and Buck Jennings and Joe Courtwright, all of St. Clairsville, Ohio; paternal great-grandparents, Ron and Nancy Bishoff, of Barnesville, Ohio; JoAnn Laxton, of Charleston, West Virginia; and Donnie Fornal, of Barton, Ohio; aunts, Samantha and Alexandria; and uncles, Pork Chop, Tommy, Tyler, Lucas, Nicholas, and Colton.
