Anne Strahl, 95, of Belmont, OH passed away Sunday, October 23, 2011 at Barnesville Health Care Center. She was born December 23, 1915 in Cokesburg, PA, daughter of the late Michael and Barbara Kostry. Anne was a homemaker, worked in her family restaurant and grocery business for many years, later retiring from the business office at Barnesville Hospital, and was a member of Belmont United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. Strahl; three sisters; and two brothers. Surviving is daughter, Susan Ball of Lincoln Park, MI; son, Charles L. (C.L.) and Helen Strahl of Woodsfield; 3 grandchildren, Beth Riddle, Stacy Bell, and Michael Strahl; a foster granddaughter, Charlene McIntire; and 7 great- grandchildren. Friends will be received, Thursday from 11 am until the time of service at 1 pm at Kelly-Kemp-Braido Funeral Home, 322 North Main St. Bethesda, OH. Rev. Theresa Bobot officiating. Burial will follow in Belmont Cemetery, Belmont, OH.
