Anthony L. "Tony" Ray, 48, of Martins Ferry left this earthly place for a heavenly place on Wednesday January 13, 2016 at Wheeling Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was born August 11, 1967 in Martins Ferry. He was baptized at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Bridgeport. Tony is survived by his mother Mary (Ray) Ross-Hogan of Martins Ferry, his loving wife Kasi (Simmons) Ray, children Anthony L. Ray II and Shaelin (Paul) Norman both of Martins Ferry, grandchildren Savannah, and Kamden Norman, a sister Tammy (Tony) Brown of Wintersville, and a brother Gregory E. Ray of Martins Ferry, several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews, plus a multitude of friends. Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside on Tuesday January 19, 2016 from 11am till time of service at 1 pm, with Pastor Myron Seals officiating, interment in Riverview Cemetery Martins Ferry.
