Archie R. Crawford, Jr., 50, of Ohio St., Ashland, OH, formerly of Martins Ferry, OH died Sat., Feb. 14, 2004 at home. He was born Jul. 5, 1953 in Martins Ferry a son of the late Arch R. and Freda (Paul) Crawford, Sr. He was a press maintenance operator for the Gerstenslager Co. of Wooster, OH. He had also been previously employed at the U-Brand Corporation, Nickles Bakery, Premium Building and Mines #1 and #4 in Powhattan. A member of the Eagles of Ashland. Surviving are his wife Margie L. (Brown) Crawford, two daughters Mary Ann (Chuck) Wine of Danville, OH and Patricia Crawford of Ashland, a sister Patricia (Arthur) Iadonisi of Raynham, Mass., and three grandchildren. Friends will be received Wed. 4-8 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Thurs., Feb. 19, 2004 at 10:00 AM with Rev. William O. Webster officiating. Burial follows in Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry, OH.
