ARLEEN ROBY

Beloved mother, grandmother, and sister, Arleen Roby, 67, passed away peacefully in her home on January 16, 2021, after a long battle with cancer. Arleen was born November 25, 1953, in Freeport, Ohio, to Earl and Pansy Hoop.

Arleen loved life. An avid hiker when she was younger, she enjoyed exploring small towns, in her spare time, later in life. She loved animals (especially her dogs, grandkitties, and grandpuppies), video games (Zelda, in particular), and was known for her amazing cooking, practical wisdom, determination, and strength. She was driven to make other people happy and always put her family's needs above her own.

She will forever be missed and loved by her children; Keith Blake Stoller (Heather), Rick Burris (Missy), and Erric Burris (Sabrina); six grandchildren; sister, Erleen; and brothers, Dan and Earl; as well as many friends and relatives.

She was predeceased by her parents and brothers, Gene and Bill.

A celebration of Arleen's life will be held this spring, at the family farm. An announcement will be posted on Facebook closer to the date.
