Arthur J. Borkoski, 73, of Dillonvale, OH passed away March 28, 2017 at his home. He was born June 29, 1943, a son of the late Walter and Evelyn Parkinson Borkoski. He was a retired Welder for CONSOL Energy. He was a member of the United Mine Workers, the American Legion in Dillonvale, and was a United States Navy Veteran. Arthur loved gardening, fishing and especially his family. Arthur is survived by his wife, Carol Novak Borkoski; daughter, Vanessa (Dan) Fabec; granddaughters, Aurora and Ariel Fabec; and 4 brothers and 8 sisters. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 8th from 2-5pm at The Angel Gift Center: 3683 State Route 152, Dillonvale, Ohio 43917. If you choose, in lieu of flowers, Arthur set up a trust fund for his granddaughters' education as he has always believed in the importance of higher education.
