Arthur Wayne Lough Jr. 58 of Martins Ferry passed away Tuesday August 1, 2023, at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born May 14, 1965, in Wheeling, a son of the late Arthur W. Jr. and Dorothy J. Burton (Ryan).

He was an employee of Good Shepard Nursing Facility Wheeling in the Maintenance Department for 32 years, and a member of the Experience Church in Wolfhurst. Art enjoyed fishing, the Church, and his family.

He is survived by his loving wife Rhonda (Spielvogel) Lough, 3 sons Joshua Lough of St. Clairsville, Kyle (Angela Koski) Nowak, and Christopher Nowak both of Martins Ferry, his siblings Cassandra Lough Hanke of Cameron, Beth Ann (Ralph) Lough of Canton, and Ron (Melissa) Lough of Bellaire, 4 grandchildren Kayden and Harper Nowak, Isaiah and Weston Kendle, his father and mother-in-law Ronald and Nancy (Paul) Spielvogel of Martins Ferry.

Friends are received at the Wilson Funeral Home Heslop Chapel 415 Walnut St. Martins Ferry on Thursday August 3, 2023, from 2-4 and 6-8 pm, where services will be held on Friday at 10 am with Pastor Tim Seidler officiating, private interment will be held at the connivence of the family.
