Audrey M. (Spencer) Clemons, 79, of Martins Ferry, OH died Sunday, Mar. 4, 2012 at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. She was born Feb. 9, 1933 in Jackson, KY a daughter of the late Adam and Gracie (Smith) Spencer. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Martins Ferry. Audrey loved her family which made them all better people. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Lewis Clemons, a brother Harold Spencer and a sister Annie Brown. Surviving are two sons Raymond "Randy" Clemons, and Richard L. "Rick" (Kelly) Clemons all of Martins Ferry, a brother Clyde Spencer of KY, a sister Wanda Innis of Cincinnati, OH, five grandchildren Lamer (Jamie) Clemons of Athens, OH, Lowell Clemons of Gahanna, OH, Catherine "Katie" Clemons, Molly Clemons, and Sean Clemons all of Martins Ferry, and a great grandson Ethan Clemons of Athens. Friends will be received Wednesday, 2-4 & 6-8 pm, at the Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Thursday, Mar. 8, 2012, at 1:30 pm, with Pastor Larry W.
