Barbara J. (Deck) Howard, 73, of Bridgeport, OH went home to be with the Lord on Friday, Nov. 1, 2013 at her residence. She was born Aug. 5, 1940 in Fairmont, WV a daughter of the late Robert and Josephine (Flanagan) Deck. She was a Deaconess at Pilgrims Rest Jesus's Church, Bellaire, OH. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers and five sisters Surviving are her previous husband David J. Howard, Sr., a daughter Brenda L. Davis of Bridgeport, four sons; David J. Howard, Jr. of Pittsburgh, PA, Demitrieus Howard of Bridgeport, Robert Howard and Jerome Lee Howard both of Bellaire, OH, a brother Robert J. Deck of Bridgeport, a sister Rebecca Deck of Atlanta, GA, seven grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren. Friends are invited to attend a memorial service to be held Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2013 at 11:00 am at the Pilgrim Rest Jesus's Church, Bellaire, OH with Pastor Robert B. Ellsworth officiating.
