Barbara J. Farrar, 77, of Pepper Hill Dr., Kettering, OH died Friday, Mar. 20, 2009 at Kettering Medical Center, Kettering. She was born Mar. 5, 1932 in Martins Ferry, OH. She retired from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and the Defense Electronic Supply Center of Kettering. Barbara was preceded in death by her father Thomas Phillips and mother Sue (Veres) Phillips. Surviving are a sister Nancy S. Jamison and her husband Floyd of St. Clairsville, OH, a nephew Thomas Coleman, a niece Amanda Heinle, and several cousins. Friends will be received Tuesday, 6-8 pm at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Wednesday, Mar. 25, 2009 at 11:00 am with Rev.
