Barbara Ann Barsch, 82, of Rayland, passed away Wednesday, June 7, 2023, in Wheeling Hospital. She was born in Martins Ferry on July 9, 1940, a daughter of the late Martin and Ann (Skolosh) Kovalski. She was a member of St. Adalbert Catholic Church, Dillonvale.

Barbara is survived by two sons, Watson (Dana) Barsch Jr. and Anthony (Lisa) Barsch; a sister, Rita (Joe) Ridner; two brothers, James (Sandy) Kovalski and Mark (Kolleen) Kovalski; nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Watson Barsch Sr.; a daughter, Cecilia Sable; two brothers, Marty, and Richard Kovalski; and a sister, Kathy Calhoun.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 10 am in St. Adalbert Catholic Church, 39 Smithfield St., Dillonvale, celebrated by Monsignor John Kolesar. Burial will follow in St. Adalbert Cemetery, Dillonvale. Arrangements are entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home, Dillonvale.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the St. Adalbert Cemetery Fund, 39 Smithfield St., Dillonvale, OH  43917.
