Obituary

Barbara J. Mann, 70, of Barnesville, Ohio, died Friday, January 8, 2016 at her home, in the loving care of her daughter, Tracy, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was born August 27, 1945 in Hendrysburg, Ohio, daughter of the late Densel Murphy and Ada Grant Murphy. A loving mother and grandmother, Barbara was an avid reader and a cat lover. She had an infectious sense of humor, bringing happiness to many. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Mann; brothers, Densel "Junior" Murphy and Robert "Bob" Murphy; sister, Doris Elaine Daniels; and Charles Arnold. Barbara is survived by her daughters, Tracy (Jack) Chittester of Belmont, Ohio, Tricia (Dean) Senger of Mountain Home, Idaho; step-daughter, Amy Mann; step-son, Darrin Mann; grandchildren, Tyler and Tia Senger, Jordan Chittester, Wesley Moore, Wendy Benson; five great-grandchildren; sister, Judy (Joe) Yurina; and brothers, David (Carolyn) Murphy and Randy Murphy. A Graveside Service will be conducted, Thursday, 1 p.m., at Fairview Cemetery, Fairview, Ohio. The family would like to express their deepest thank you to Dr. Roe and Dr. Shinn for the care given to Barbara and for being a source of strength, as well, to Barbara and her family. Service

A Graveside Service will be conducted, Thursday, 1 p.m., at Fairview Cemetery, Fairview, Ohio.

Interment

Interment will take place at Fairview Cemetery, following the Graveside Service.
