BARBARA ANN (MOBLEY) BORKOSKI

Barbara Ann (Mobley) Borkoski, 69, of Barnesville, Ohio, went to be with the Lord, February 16, 2019.  Born November 26, 1949 in Barnesville, Ohio, she was the daughter of Homer Luyster and the late Martha Cramlet Luyster.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Don Mobley and brothers, Homer "Danny" and Michael Luyster.

Barbara's memory will forever be cherished by those who survive; husband, Victor "Vic" Borkoski, Sr., of Barnesville; daughters, Brenda Patton of Abbeville, South Carolina, Tammy Borkoski of Barnesville, Cyndi Shutt of Coshocton; sons, Kenny Mobley of Bethesda, Walter (Penny) Borkoski, Jr. of Whipple; eight grandchildren;  three great-grandchildren; father, Homer Luyster; sisters, Connie (Mike) Carpenter and Sharon (Randy) Lucas all of Barnesville, Vickie (Roy) Oliver of White City, Kansas; brother, Kevin (Jodi) Luyster of Barnesville; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Barbara lived life to the fullest and enjoyed her time with family and friends.  She had a passion for flowers and enjoyed working at Fruits of Life Greenhouse.  She was an active member of Hillcrest Bible Church and enjoyed singing gospel songs at Singspirations, together with her husband, at many churches throughout the valley.  Her warmth and caring nature was easily seen and her smile brightened the lives of those she touched daily.

Family and friends are invited for visitation, Wednesday, February 20th from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service, beginning at 6:00 p.m., Patron Funeral Homes & Crematory Kelly Kemp Braido, 702 E. Main Street, Barnesville.  Reverend Jack Palmer officiating.  Interment will take place at the convenience of Barbara's family.
