Barbara D. Orum 59 of Bridgeport, formerly of Martins Ferry, died Tuesday August 21, 2012 at East Ohio Regional Hospital Martins Ferry. She was born October 9, 1952 in Martins Ferry, a daughter of the late William C. and Alice M. (Tanner) Russell. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother William T. "Bill" Russell. Barb is survived by her husband; Joseph Orum, a son; Sam McEndree and his Fiancé Sheena Johnson, Sisters; Nancy (Clif) Jones of Charlotte SC, Patsy (Sam) Jordan of Flushing, and Bonnie (Jack) Gordon of Barnesville, four grandchildren, also a sister-in-law Deanna Schrum of Barnesville. A memorial service will be held on Saturday September 1, 2012 at 11am at the First Christian Church 710 South Zane Highway, Martins Ferry, with Minister Rod Kasler officiating, interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
