Barbara A. (Roberts) Longenette, 67, of N. Ridge Dr., Martins Ferry, OH died Fri., Jan. 14, 2005 at Western Pennsylvania Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. She was born Apr. 13, 1937 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Benjamin T. and Laura (Mauer) Roberts. She was retired from Martins Ferry Beauty Shop and employed by Mansell Theaker Excavating. Barb was a member of Grace Presbyterian Church and the Lady Elks both of Martins Ferry. In additions to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Howard A. "Pork" Longenette. Surviving are three sons Dave (Leigh) Longenette of Stevensville, MD, Doug (Stacey) Longenette of Martins Ferry, and Dan (Jodi) Longenette of Grove City, OH, a brother Jerry (Connie) Roberts of Apollo Beach, FL. and five grandchildren Kelly, Jeromy, Chelsie, Nikki, and Brenden. Friends will be received Sun 6-9 PM and Mon 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Tues., Jan. 18, 2005 at 1:00 PM with Rev. William O. Webster officiating. Burial follows in Hopewell Cemetery, Hopewell, OH.
