Barbara Louise Frasnelly, 88, of Lansing, Ohio died on September 26th, 2024, at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry.

She was born on July 17th, 1936, a daughter of the late Luther and Thelma (Newlon) Snodgrass.

Barbara was a member of Lansing United Methodist Church, and Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. A loving wife, mother, and grandmother, she devoted much of her life to her family, friends, and her Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Robin L. Frasnelly, brothers Dennis G. Snodgrass, and Donald Snodgrass.

She is survived by her sons, Scott L. (Beverly) Frasnelly of Bellaire, and Kurt A. (Rhonda) Frasnelly of St. Clairsville, brother, William (Gail) Snodgrass of Woodsfield, a granddaughter Taylore A. Frasnelly, of Morristown.

A graveside service for family & friends will be held at Holly Memorial Gardens on Monday, October 7, 2024, at 10am at the mausoleum chapel with Rev. John Jackson officiating and a reception to follow at 11am at the Lansing United Methodist Church.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio 43912.
