Barbara "B.J." Green, 61, of Wheeling, WV, died March 7, 2018 at Wheeling Hospital.  She was born December 28, 1956, in Washington, PA, a daughter of the late George and Wilda Bippus Trussell.  She was a housekeeper at Best Western Hotel and a Christian by faith.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Darlene Peak, Cindy Cowden, and Joyce Balk, and husband, Clyde Jack Bipperman.  Barbara is survived by her children; James Green, Tammy Jackson, Teresa Miller; brother, George Trussell Jr.; and nephew Tim Cunard.  Arrangements entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home, Bridgeport, OH.
