Obituary

Antill, Benjamin Franklin, (Benny), 65, of Bellaire, Ohio passed away Saturday, December 1st, at Ohio Valley Medical Center. He was a member of the Church of Christ. Benny was born May the 29th of 1947 in Wheeling, the first child of the late Benjamin F. and Helen Hess Antill. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by an infant brother Roger Lee Antill, father-in-law Earl Lasley, mother-in-law Eileen Lasley and brother-in-law and best friend Earl Lasley Jr. He leaves behind his wife of 44 years Kathy Oneda (Lasley) Antill and 3 children and their spouses; daughters Kathleen Elizabeth Oneda Antill Tarasi and husband Tyler, Earleen Christabeth Beneda Antill Houston and husband Joshua, and son Benjamin Abraham Justin Earl Antill and wife Amber. He is the proud grandfather of 6 grandchildren; Andrea, Benjamin, Jamielynn, Audrey, Alexander, and Joseph. He also leaves behind a special Aunt Mabel Smith. Benjamin was an electrician at Valley Camp Coal, an asbestos removal foreman for Centin Corp., an employee of Coronet Foods of which he earned Employee of the Year, and a long time and respected salesman in the Ohio Valley. He was a graduate of West Virginia Northern Community College. Benny was a U.S. Marine and proudly served his country in Vietnam. Services were held Thursday, December 6th at noon at Wilson Funeral Home, Bridgeport, Ohio, followed by services and a military honors at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania.
