Bernadine Perkins, 96, of Belmont, Ohio, died Monday, January 8, 2018 at Emerald Pointe Nursing and Rehab.  She was born in Alledonia, Ohio July 1, 1921, daughter of the late Osmond Caldwell and Myrtle Stuckey Caldwell. She adored her family and worked alongside her husband on their dairy farm as they made their life together and raised their family.  Bernadine's grandchildren were a joy and they filled her home with love. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death in 1976 by her husband, Forest Perkins; brother, Dale Caldwell; and step-sons, Don and Gerald Perkins Bernadine is survived by her son, Freddie (Debbie) Perkins of Belmont, Ohio; grandchildren, Jodie Guthrie and Reuben Perkins; and great-grandchildren, Cameron and Madalyn Guthrie.
