Betty Lou Conway, 64 of Bridgeport, died Monday February 1, 2016 at East Ohio Regional Hospital Martins Ferry. She was born November 27, 1951 in Angola, New York, a daughter of the Edith (Leake) Higgins of Bridgeport and the late Charles Higgins. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by a son Todd Elliott in 1980. In addition to her mother Betty is survived by two daughters Billie Jo (Terry) Elliott of Bergholz, and Aliyah Vinka of Bridgeport, a brother Charles Higgins of Bergholz, and a sister Alice Pickenpaugh of Caldwell, three grandchildren Keith, Kyle, and Kody Vinka.
