Betty L. Hoyo, 85, of Wheeling, WV, formerly of Wolfhurst, died in Wheeling Hospital on Sunday February 14, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. She was born September 18, 1930 in Wheeling. Betty was preceded in death by her mother Marie (Clark) Baier, her loving husband Edward "Gus" Hoyo, and three brothers Jack, Robert, and Charles Baier, a sister Joan Ruth Baier. Betty is survived by three sisters Shirley (Phil) Shapaka, Gloria Francis, and Carol Lemons all of Wheeling, many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Also Betty would like to mention her best friends Nancy Carrick, and Frank Papini. At Betty's request there will be no public visitation. There will be a memorial service at a later date.
