MAZALIC, Betty Lou Rice, 82, of Mingo Junction, Ohio, passed Sunday August 5, 2012 at Select Specialty Hospital, Pittsburg, Pa. She was born in Steubenville, Ohio on May 29, 1930 a daughter of the late Amos and Lottie Rager Rice. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband George "Jocko" Mazalic; a granddaughter and several brothers and sisters. Betty is survived by three sons: Clint Mazalic (Neida Cooper) of Mingo Junction, Rob Mazalic of Steubenville, George (Pamela) Mazalic of Black Mt., NC.; three daughters: Tina (Arthur) Ginier of Steubenville, Gina (Billy) Robinson of Mingo Junction, Michelle (Larry) Cranston of Richmond, a brother Ronald (Judy) Rice of Bloomingdale; 4 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Thursday 5-7 p.m. at Blaschalk-Wilson Funeral Home, 115 Union Street, Mingo Junction, Ohio. Interment will be private.
