Betty J. (Miller) Newhart Sauers, 80, of Wheeling, WV died Monday, April 11, 2005 at her residence. She was born Oct. 27, 1924 in Bellaire, OH a daughter of the late Thomas and Mildred "Millie" (Adams) Miller. She formerly worked for both the A & P and Kroger grocery stores and retired from the dietary department of Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands Edward Newhart and John C. Sauers, a great grandchild Ashley Alexander Kujala, four brothers William, Harry, Guy, and Evert Miller, and three sisters Dorothy Hepe, Evelyn Francis, and Irene Toth. Surviving are two sons Henry E. (Judy) Newhart of Martins Ferry and David W. Newhart of Richmond, VA, two daughters Donna Herzog of Martins Ferry and Debra (Ron) Majchrzak of Hermantown, MN, a brother Thomas J. "Dempsey" Miller of Bellaire, nine grandchildren: Michael (Ann) Newhart, Mary Beth (Andy) Holt, Peggy (Ed) Simmer, Debbie (Mark) Kujala, Marianne Herzog, David (Kathy) Newhart, Kim (Don) Ward, Kasey Majchrzak, and Kristin (Brad) Bohlman, and six great grandchildren. Betty will also be sadly missed by her beloved grand pets. Friends are invited to attend Graveside Services, Sat., April 16, 2005 at 9:00 AM at Parkview Memorial Gardens, Wheeling, WV with Rev.
