Betty G. (Shannon) Pietrangelo, 70, of Rayland, OH died Thursday, Jan. 22, 2015 at Valley Hospice, Steubenville, OH. She was born Aug. 29, 1944 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Dee and Colene (Toland) Shannon. She was retired from CVS, Trenton, MI and a catholic by faith. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister Penny Shannon. Surviving are her husband of 51 years Tony Pietrangelo and her sister Peggy Lollathin of Dillonvale, OH. Friends will be received Sunday, 5-8 pm and Monday 2-8 pm at the Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2015 at 11:00 am with Cheryl Benson officiating.
