Betty M. Scott 86, of Circleville formerly of Lansing, passed away Friday January 28, 2022, at Pickaway Manor Care. She was born July 28, 1935, in Wheeling, a daughter of the late Earl and Rosetta (Rawlins) Shockey.

She was the Owner and Operator of the former Scott's Greenhouse in Lansing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband William E. Scott in 2006, a daughter Tamnina Vargo in 2021, a grandson Jared Scott, and a brother Fredrick Shockey.

Betty is survived by her son Timothy (Ramona) Scott of Roan Mountain, TN, grandchildren Rose (Louis) McFarland, William (Beth) Vargo, Justin (Amy) Scott, and Joshua (Savannah) Scott, great grandchildren Luca, Parker, Clara, and Emersyn.

Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside on Friday February 4, 2022, from 11am till time of service at 1pm, with Rev. James Hoff officiating, interment in Holly Memorial Gardens Pleasant Grove.
