USCIO, Betty J. Snyder, 84, of Dillonvale, Ohio, died Tuesday May 18, 2010 at East Ohio Regional Hospital. She was born in Dillonvale on January 29, 1926, a daughter of the late Herman and Helen Barkhurst Snyder. Betty was a member of the Dillonvale United Methodist Church and the United Transportation Union Lodge #136 of Dillonvale. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry W. Uscio in 1979; and three brothers: John, Herbert and Raymond Snyder. Betty is survived by her son, Richard Uscio and his wife Angie of Rayland, Ohio; her daughter, Peggy Mason and her husband Joseph of Dillonvale; a brother: Herman Snyder Jr. of Sterling, Colorado; three grandchildren: Melissa Crawford (John) of Steubenville, Tracy Griffith (Charles) of Adena, Ohio, Kelli Patterson (Kenneth) of Dillonvale; five great-grandchildren: Taylor and Mason Patterson; Aaron Crawford and C.J. and Cody Griffith.
