Billie (Burkett) Cappelletti, 81, of Jessop Dr., St. Clairsville, OH died Monday, Aug. 9, 2010 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV. She was born Mar. 21, 1929 in Moundsville, WV a daughter of the late Joseph and Della (White) Burkett. She was retired from the Odgen Newspaper, Wheeling, WV. She was a Methodist by faith. Billie was a very giving person always ready to help her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all. Surviving are her husband William R. Cappelletti, and a son Gary W. Cappelletti of Pawleys Island, SC. Friends will be received Thursday 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Friday, Aug. 13, 2010 at 11:00 am with Miinister Rod Kasler officiating.
