Brenda L. (Marple) Lucey, 67, of Sunset Heights, Bridgeport, OH, died Friday, August 15, 2014 at her residence. She was born January 22, 1947 in Bellaire, OH a daughter of the late Jack Marple and Anna Lou (Hughes) Marple Moore. Brenda worked for many years as a Licensed Practical Nurse. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, John Marple and a sister, Rhonda Moore Jaworski. Surviving are her husband, Richard J. Lucey, daughters; Lori (John) Thorman of Martins Ferry, OH and Kelly (Tim) Johnson of St. Clairsville, OH, sons; Dave Lucey and Rick Lucey both of Bridgeport, nine grandchildren and a great grandchild. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, August 22, 2014, at 6:30 pm at Lancaster Chapel United Methodist Church, 70015 Ste. Rte. 250, Sunset Heights, Bridgeport, OH with Rev. Al Hoder officiating.
