Obituary

Brett M. Wilson, 43, of Martins Ferry, OH, died Thursday, October 6, 2016 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. He was born August 30, 1973 in Wheeling, WV the son of Pete and Caroline (Morris) Wilson of Martins Ferry.
Brett was a Counselor at Belmont Correctional Institute of St. Clairsville, OH. He was an avid sports fan of the Martins Ferry Purple Riders and Pittsburgh Steelers.
Surviving in addition to his parents are his wife, Brenda L. (Bender) Wilson and his daughters; Abigail and Adeline of the home.
Family and friends will be received at Heslop Funeral Home. 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH, Wednesday, October 12, 2016 from 11 a.m. until time of services at 2:00 p.m. with Minister Justin Hill officiating. Burial follows in Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry.
