Brian J. Tubaugh 56, of Bridgeport died Saturday February 18, 2017 at his home. He was born July 28, 1960 in Wheeling, a son of Willard G. Tubaugh of Brookside and the late Carol (LaRue) Tubaugh. He was a retired Security Guard, and a Christian by faith. In addition to his Father Brian is survived by a sister Cindy (Davy) Bright of Blaine.
