Brian Richard Young, 66, of Barnesville, Ohio died Monday, June 17, 2013 at his home. He was born April 11, 1947 in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, son of the late Lawrence and Marion Young. Brian was a very people oriented person and enjoyed spending time with them. He always looked forward to the Pumpkin Festival and was an avid Elvis fan. Some of Brian's most favorite things included: karaoke, dining out, movies, and visiting his home state of Michigan. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother and a sister. Brian is survived by brothers, Terry Young of Harsens Island, Michigan; Wayne Young of Florida; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation for Brian will be Thursday from 4 p.m., until the time of service, beginning at 7 p.m., Kelly Kemp Braido & Patron Funeral Home, 702 East Main Street, Barnesville, Ohio. Reverend Cheryl Lawson will be officiating. Interment will take place, Friday, June 21, 2013, 12 noon, Gethsemane Cemetery, 10755 Gratiot Street, Detroit, Michigan.
