Bruce Kramer, 73, of Martins Ferry, passed away Thursday, August 6, 2026, in Ruby Medical Center, Morgantown, WV. He was born on July 23, 1953, in Martins Ferry, a son of the late Fred and Virginia (Oliver) Kramer. Bruce was Lutheran by faith, and retired from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel, Yorkville plant. He was an Honorary Member of the Liberty Fire Department, ran with the Martins Ferry EMS, was a member of the Martins Ferry Eagles, also he was an avid OSU sports fan and a Cleveland Browns fan. Bruce also loved spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Joan (Reece) Kramer; two children, Kasey Kramer, and Cody (Tiffanie) Kramer; two sisters, Cindy Robson, and Wendy Kramer; three grandchildren, Payton, Liam, and Reece Kramer; and several nieces and nephews.

Bruce was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Nancy Hudson; a brother, Mickey Kramer; and two nephews, Michael and Jason Robson.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home, Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry.
