Carl E. Perkins, 57, of Belmont, Ohio passed away at home on February 23, 2025. He was born on March 12, 1967, in Bremen, IN, the son of Cheryl (Ice) Perkins and the late James Perkins.

Carl was a Coal Miner. He loved his grandchildren, enjoyed hunting, fishing and was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother Jim Perkins.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Harley Perkins, Carl Perkins, Ashley (Andrew) Wiles, and Kayla Perkins; mother, Cheryl Perkins; grandchildren, Aryanna Patterson, Hayden Perkins, Clayton and Colton Wiles, Kashton and Riverlynn Perkins; brothers, Kenneth (Jennifer) Perkins, Donald (Jennifer) Perkins and Mike Perkins.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday, February 27, 2025, from 11am till time of service at 1pm with Pastor Tim Snyder officiating, at the Wilson Funeral Home, 322 N. Main St., Bethesda, OH 43719. Burial to follow in Union Cemetery in Morristown, OH.
