Carmen Rubeis, 86, of Wheeling, W.Va., passed Tuesday January 1, 2013 at Wheeling Hospital. He was born in New Castel, PA., on March 8, 1926, a son of the late Domenic and Pauline Persutti Rubeis. He was a retired employee of Wheeling Machine and a U.S. Army WWII Veteran. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers: Nello and Enzo Rubeis; and a sister: Annie Rubeis. Carmen is survived by his wife Johannah Fleahman Rubeis; children: Ronald Rubeis of Wolfhurst, Ohio and Charon Murray of Wheeling; a brother Orlando Rubeis of New Castle, Pa., a sister Gemma Castel and grandchildren: Ryan Rubeis and Shawn M.
