Carol Ann Dolak, 62, of Bridgeport, OH died November 1st, 2018 at her home.  She was born April 19, 1956, a daughter of the late John and Johanna Bachie.   She was a retired medical receptionist, was a member of the St. Clairsville Eagles and St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Bridgeport.  She loved horses and dogs.   She is survived by her loving husband of over 40 years, John Dolak, her Irish Setter, Guss, a sister, a nephew, and nieces.  In keeping with Carol's wishes, private interment will be held at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home, Bridgeport.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 630 Main St. Bridgeport, OH 43912 or Belmont County Animal Shelter, 45244 National Rd., St. Clairsville, OH 43950.  To offer online condolences please visit wilsonfuneralhomes.com.
